This irs a very good tehnology, In Uganda MTN has also started this system of mobile money through the phone, this is easy and convinient way truehly of sending money. I do encourage you to go a head.

my only concern is currently government of Uganda want to tap phone conversations and I am scared that even soon they will go a step further of accessing freely money from other partners. what is Bill's view over this issue.
