What are the necessary skills needed to engineer new business opportunities abroad

I've noticed that most speakers in this conference either have backgrounds in entrepreneurship or social responsibility. It is clear that both skills are needed in order to foster private growth in developing nations. Entrepreneurial skills are crucial because they provide the necessary framework to form a successful business, yet one with experience in social responsibility will assure that the business benefits all stakeholders and upholds moral values. Which background is more important?

I am not sure I understand your question entirely but I would say your attitude is as important as your skillls. What do I mean? If you view the members of your chosen community as equals or partners as opposed to people to do things to then you are likely to succeed at wahtever it is you decide to do
