Hi Anand
No, unfortunately I cannot be there since I am working in Kenya for the rest of the year and my boss is not willing to send me... But I will be back next year instead.
How are you doing?
Best,
Louise

You are very welcome! By the way, have you checked in Eindhoven Design School (or something like that) and TU Delft? I believe that they have people working in this field also.
Greetings from Copenhagen.

Dear Anand

Sorry for my very late response. You know how days just run by sometimes?
I haven't worked with ICT in developing countries personally, but from my research I have come across a good deal of stuff in the field of Participatory Design. Check the proceedings from the Participatory Design Conference from 2006 and 2008. There have been some workshops and papers on that issue.

Also, at one point I came across a conference in India about ICT and developing countries, but for some reason, I cannot find it right now. If I get back to it, I will let you know.

Below I give you some further references from Participatory Design that can also take you into the field .

Good luck.

Very best
*Louise
