The International Exchange (TIE) is an award winning company that combines the expertise of corporate communications and the needs of NGOs in developing countries to create positive sustainable change.
TIE recruits communications professionals (CPs) from communications companies in developed countries and pairs them with CPs from developing countries. TIE pairs both CPs with NGOs in developing countries that want to enhance their outreach and communications techniques and strategies. These NGOs and the services they provide are vital to the betterment of the lives of the people in their communities.
The CPs benefit by using their skills in a unique and positive way – whilst experiencing life-changing personal development.
And, at the same time, the CPs employers are able to exchange knowledge, and develop their staff in a positive way.
We think it’s a win-win situation - everyone gets to share and develop their skills and make a difference while they are at it.
