Sustainable Energy Center of Excellence that will have training to include Vocational training beyond the Basic
Education for All segment of the Millennium Development Goal that is a standing request. Our team has been
directed by the GEF that is a funder of the UNDP to go to the Focal Points in country. That we are in the process

Distance Education Cooperatoin with the British Commonwealth (focus on Nigeria and Western Africa)

Dear Mr. Wilson:

Thank you for the opportunity to communicate a matter that I consider to be important. I do understand that
the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) is populated by current and former colonies and as an American do
think that we have been overlooked. We are a former colony and are proud of that fact. That can be taken
both ways and should I think. I have roots in Scotland and have a sense of history and pride in the United Kingdom, I participated in a forum that the COL monitored and… Continue

Sexy in the City: Germany wants a million electric cars by 2020

BERLIN - The German government unveiled plans Wednesday to get one million electric cars zipping around the country by 2020, offering sweeteners to jump-start national giants like BMW and Volkswagen into action.

“It is the federal government’s aim that by 2020, there will be a million electric cars on Germany’s streets,” said Berlin’s “national electro-mobility plan,” which was approved by the cabinet. “In 2030, this could be over 5 million. By 2050, traffic in towns and cities could be predomi… Continue

Thank you Emmanuel and I loved your video Ida. In the Millennium Development
Goals the Gender issues (read Womens issues) are important with so many
war widows and women leaders of families. The Sustainable Energy Center of
Excellence in the Energy Commission of Nigeria is going after funds for the
project that intends to include Microfinance and Contract Growing Contracts. It
also promotes renewable energy such as Solar and Biomass. It is regional and
will be in Ghana linked with Dr.Hagan. ebenhagan@gmail.com

The Sustainable Energy Center of Excellence is what I have been developing with a Type Two Partnership as outlined by Kofi Annan at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) in 2002 held in South Africa.. Our Business Plan ought to be ready by July 15th and is invited by the Investment Arm of Barclays Banik and the associate group linked to the Credit Swiss Bank. We see Poverty Relief as the means to address all of the Millennium
Development Goals of the United Nations Agenda 21. Biomass and Biofuel Feedstock is a product in demand that Microfinance and Rural Development
will be able to use to generate an income for a Sustainable effort that uplift the Poor while lowering the Greenhouse Gas.
