Hi Stewart, going through your profile it is interesting to note that you are aiming at reversing the traditional construction of rural electrification grids; how is this possible. I am a lover of innovation and i think it will be a nice idea to push this into Africa. Nigeria presently is battling with the light situation, the state governors are looking for solutions to better the lot of its area. give me more info on what can be done, possibly send me a detailed proposal, lets see how well that goes with my clients.
There's an EU funding programme that's going to open in September that might be appropriate for your LED scheme. Send me a message and let's get a dialogue going.
Exciting proposal you have regarding your ideas on rural electrification. Though PANGEA deals mostly with biofuel and biomass energy for now, we're open to learning more about other sources of green energy. We're putting on a major bioenergy conference in Addis in June that may be of interest to you. Watch this space!
