About my work:
I am a Professor at Pepperdine University where I teach Organizational Development and Change in our Masters of Science in Organization Development Program. I also have a consulting firm with the following mission:

The mission of our consultancy is to deepen the capabilities of global social change agents, leaders and new collaborations to create wise, powerful and sustainable change.

Collaborations among business, civil society and government must leverage complimentary and diverse capabilities to build shared perspectives, trust and co-creative initiatives. This requires the participation and facilitation of spirits, hearts and minds. A depth of sharing and transparency is called for that advances the collective wisdom in unconventional collaborations.
